Self Acceptance Regardless Of Age Or Size

Body Confidence

The more diverse bodies that we see, the more we realize how incredible and beautiful all bodies are and the more we can love ourselves unconditionally. It can also be helpful to mute negative voices in your head that tell you your body is wrong or that you're bad. Changing your self-talk can be challenging, but it's crucial to overcome the negative thoughts that are preventing you from feeling your best.

There are a number of factors that affect your self-esteem. These include your confidence, your sense of identity and your feelings of belonging.
